Be good at writing and expression with certain strategic thinking and strong logic; be able to capture hot topics online, filter and integrate information, and extract interesting and informative insights into the crowd.

Have insight into other people’s inner world, love of life, your own hobbies and spiritual habitat, and a keen intuition for brand marketing and communication trends.

Have more than three years of commercial writing experience in advertising/film and television/new media/journalism-related industries, or (if you have no industry experience) enough confidence to come to us with your work.

Have experience in video creative planning such as TVC, promotional films, and documentaries (not required) to gain more favor from us.
