Creative Planner

You should

---

01.

Write commercially in various styles under the guidance of the creative director according to the needs of the client, including but not limited to: advertising copywriting, video scripts, public account articles, lyrics, etc.

02.

Assist the creative director to sort out the program logic and complete the program PPT.

You are expected to

01.

Be good at writing and expression with certain strategic thinking and strong logic; be able to capture hot topics online, filter and integrate information, and extract interesting and informative insights into the crowd.

02.

Have insight into other people’s inner world, love of life, your own hobbies and spiritual habitat, and a keen intuition for brand marketing and communication trends.

03.

Have more than three years of commercial writing experience in advertising/film and television/new media/journalism-related industries, or (if you have no industry experience) enough confidence to come to us with your work.

04.

Have experience in video creative planning such as TVC, promotional films, and documentaries (not required) to gain more favor from us.

Producer

You should

01.

Organize, manage, shoot, execute projects and follow up in post-production.

02.

Communicate with clients and maintain client resources.

03.

Control budgets and costs and be responsible for project closing.

You are expected to

Have a bachelor’s degree or above (cultural management, film and television, drama, literature majors in relevant colleges are preferred), more than 2 years of working experience in film/media/advertising/and other industries, and be familiar with the ent

Have overall awareness, good coordination skills and solid implementation experience.

03.

Have the ability to adapt and adjust to work under pressure and project emergencies.

04.

Be cheerful, upright, responsible and enterprising.

05.

Be highly dedicated and motivated in your work.
